The Cooper River Bridge Run Kids Run and Wonderfest is in the Final Stages of Planning!!!

Wonder Works, The Cooper River Bridge Run, and our Charity Partners are hard at work in the final stages of planning for the CRBR Kids Run and Wonderfest, happening April 5, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. in Hampton Park!

It is SPRING BREAK for Charleston and Berkeley County schools that week, so we are sooooo excited to bring you a festival of epic proportions! We’re talking outdoor activities, music, games, glitter tattoos, free toys, crazy hair hats, toy demonstrations, and so much more!!!! And then the finale of the all day FREE FESTIVAL is the CRBR Kids Run that starts at 5 p.m.

Click here if you’d like to register you and your child for the run, but no matter what, plan to come out and play with us on April 5!! It’s going to be a Wonderfuntastical CRBR Kids Run and Wonderfest!!!!!!!

National Hug Day Is Today — Spread the Love!!

National Hug Day is today, and  The Hugs For Harper Endowment (a very special friend of Wonder Works) is hoping to spread the love by challenging everyone in the community to give at least 10 Hugs during the day.

We are also collecting financial hugs to form a great big Group Hug. You can donate a $10 Group Hug by visiting their website at www.HugsForHarper.org . All Group Hugs donated on the 21st will be tallied and donated to LEARN. Harper loved to Hug the Horses at LEARN, especially “her” horse, Fiona.

Elfstravaganza is Coming, Elfstravaganza is Coming … HOLIDAY ELFSTRAVAGANZA is coming Nov. 10!!!

On Saturday, Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Wonder Works is once again hosting a holiday kick-off of epic proportions!! Holiday Elfstravaganza, a WONDERFUNTASTICAL event, transforms our Mt. Pleasant location into a holiday WONDERLAND!

We invite you to join in on the fun! Take your picture with Elfie, Mrs. Fisher Cat & Super Sammy! Decorate cookies and ornaments, and pen that letter to Santa EARLY (you want to stay on the “good” list, right?)!! Meet the AUTHOR of Elf on the Shelf!! Get your holiday Glitter Tattoo!!!! Enjoy FREE holiday treats from Harris Teeter and Hubee-D’s!!!!!! And …

Tattoo Tuesdays Benefiting Hugs for Harper Through September!

Have you gotten your glitter on for Hugs for Harper yet this month? Don’t forget: Now through the last Tuesday of September, our glitter tattoo proceeds are benefiting this AMAZING charity! For only $5, you’ll get a super cool glitter tattoo, and we’ll be donating that money to Hugs for Harper!
