Clay Rice Art
September Book of the Month: Clay Rice is a local multi-generational silhouette artist whose art inspires, captures and embodies the Lowcountry spirit. When Clay was a child, he would focus intently as his grandfather, world-renowned Carew Rice, cut silhouettes of people, places and things. It wasn’t long before Clay soon began creating his own silhouette cuttings. Today, Clay’s art is celebrated for its creativity and mesmerizing technique. Clay has expanded his line of art with note cards, books, glasses and other delightful items. Clay is even featured in the October 2011 issue of Southern Living Magazine as an artist influenced by the Lowcountry!
Starting at $19.99, Clay Rice’s work is featured regularly at Wonder Works. Call us today at 877-841-6757 to learn more or to place an order!
